Tom + Ashley’s Downtown Charleston engagement session

It’s no surprise that Springtime is our absolute favorite season to shoot engagement sessions!! Sadly, this year our Spring season was cut short and we were faced with the difficult decision to reschedule all of our Spring sessions, due to the Corona Virus (Covid-19). It was heartbreaking to have to make that call, but felt that it was in the best interest of everyone involved. Thankfully though, we were able to get Tom and Ashley’s downtown engagement session in before Charleston officially shut down with it’s “Stay at Home” order… and the best part about it was we practically had the city to ourselves! We were able to shoot in areas of downtown that are normally swarming with tourists and traffic!! It was such a dream! … and speaking of “such a dream”, these two were SUCH A DREAM to photograph and we can’t wait for their wedding at the William Aiken House next March!
